Cast List

Before we get started, I would like to introduce you to the Slocan Narrows Archaeological Project (SNAP) Summer 2015 participants. I will also be posting this info under my new “Vocab” tab so that you can look back anytime you want to figure who I’m talking about. So say hello!

Professors:
Nathan Goodale – “Dad,” Department Chair for Archaeology at Hamilton College, Alissa’s husband, has participated in work at Slocan Narrows since he was a TA in 2000, our fearless leader and guide in our communes with the land and the artifacts, lithics geek
Alissa Nauman – “Mom,” works at Hamilton college as well but sadly not as an archaeologist, a very good archaeologist though, pottery specialist (also unfortunately rather un-useful at SNAP), Nathan’s wife, head cook, head organizer, photographer

Teaching Assistants (TAs):
Emily – DA BEST TA EVA! (a.k.a. the TA of Housepit 7), native Chicagoan, Miss SEA-Semester-is-the-best!, Queen of the CVS, rising senior at Hamilton College Emily
Max – Housepit 4’s TA, Catan Champion, just graduated from Hamilton and now headed on to Cambridge for grad school, words cannot encompass all that he is so I’ll just let his picture try to explain
Max
Molly – Housepit 8’s TA; the sunshine maker; University of Montana grad school(?); turns into a (possibly violent) naked mole rat if kept up past pain-thirty (9:30pm); early bird; if spirit guides where not culturally appropriative, she would be mine Molly

Students:
Anna – rising Hamilton junior, horse-lover, archaeology major but pre-vet track (how does that work?!?!?), lover of “Card Shark” song
